Delivery
We offer FREE delivery for all orders.
We currently ship in the United States, Canada, Australia, France, the UK, and Germany. For shipping outside of these countries, please reach out to our support on the contact page.
Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Standard shipping time for the countries covered by our delivery partners is presented below. You can find them when choosing a delivery method before confirming your order:
- United-States: 10-15 days
- Canada: 5-10 days
- Australia: 5-10 days
- UK: 5-10 days
- France: 7-12 days
- Germany: 7-12 days

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email with your tracking info within 3 days then feel free to get in touch.
Shipping Protection
If you added shipping protection you'll receive a 100% refund if either of these unfortunate events occur:
- Non-Delivery:Â If your order doesn't reach you within 30 days from the shipping date.

Damage Upon Arrival:Â If your items are damaged when they arrive at your doorstep.
The total payout of a claim can never exceed the total order value.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after purchase if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
